A Certified Holistic Health Practitioner grounded in graduate-level study in Human Biology and Psychology, and enriched by nearly two decades of exploration across integrative wellness, spiritual philosophy, and the world's great healing traditions, Kayla brings a depth of preparation to the sacred work of accompanying others through life's most profound transitions.

“At the heart of my practice is a root-cause philosophy that runs through everything I do — the belief that how we live, how we heal, and how we die are not separate questions but one continuous inquiry into what it means to be fully human.” Whether supporting a client toward greater vitality or sitting in quiet presence with a soul at the threshold of passing, Kayla’s approach is always whole-person, deeply individualized, and grounded in compassion.

“I am drawn to this work not by chance but by calling, shaped by years of spiritual study, personal experience, and a lifelong conviction that every person deserves kindness, comfort, and genuine human connection at every stage of life.”
What is a Holistic Health Practitioner?
A holistic health practitioner is a wellness professional who addresses the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — rather than treating isolated symptoms or conditions.
Rooted in the belief that true health emerges from balance across all dimensions of life, a holistic practitioner works to identify and address the root causes of imbalance rather than simply managing what appears on the surface.

Holistic health practice incorporates nutrition, lifestyle, mind-body modalities, plant-based and herbal support, homeopathy, somatic movement, and spiritual wellness tailored uniquely to each individual.

What is An End of Life Doula?

A death doula is a trained, non-medical companion who provides personalized emotional, spiritual, and practical support to individuals and families navigating the end of life.

Working alongside hospice and medical teams, a death doula fills the deeply human space between clinical care and sacred accompaniment — offering presence, comfort, and guidance.
My role is to listen without agenda, hold space without judgment, and walks alongside each person with the singular intention of ensuring that the final chapter of life is met with dignity, peace, and meaning.

end of life care
Every family's needs are different, and every moment of this journey asks for something different — sometimes practical, sometimes emotional, sometimes simply a steady presence.
Services are offered with full flexibility to meet you where you are, whether that looks like hourly support, daily visits, a consistent weekly rhythm, or on-call availability when you need someone most.
I also offer one-on-one sessions for those navigating grief after loss — meeting each person with compassion, honesty, and the deep conviction that no one should walk these thresholds alone.

**Believing that whole-person wellness and compassionate end-of-life care should never be beyond someone's reach, I reserve a portion of my practice to serve clients at no charge — ensuring that financial circumstance is never a barrier to dignity, presence, and support at life's most sacred thresholds.

**For those in a position to contribute, all donations are directed toward community outreach and pro bono care. Your generosity extends this work to those who need it most.
